Production and filing of your tax return on-line for self employed/sole trader/partnership or director.

Self Assessment

MGMT provide a full end to end service when producing Self Assessments.  We collate all relevant income and costs which make up your detailed tax return.  We validate and verify all figures contained in a Self Assessment tax return from investments, pension contributions to income from properties.  

The return is drafted in a timely fashion and sent for client review.  Once our clients give us the OK, we file with HMRC.  There is no requirement on our client’s part to input any information, just to supply key figures.  

We cater for a varied selection of clientele including ex-pats, sole traders, Ltd company, company directors and contractors.

Monthly production and submission of salaries/wages to HMRC with help to understand deductions including CIS or pension payments.

PAYE

MGMT can produce salary slips on either a weekly or monthly basis according your specific business needs.  These can be done on a salaried basis or number of days worked.  Relevant deductions can be taken into account such as CIS or a pension plan.  Each salary run incorporates individual salary slips with a company summary to be sent out your company or to the individuals directly. We can tailor our service specifically to your business.

A virtual partnership exists where MGMT can produce and send, on your behalf, bespoke business invoices and where necessary, chase cash payments.

Credit Control

We understand the importance of client invoices going out on time and the ever increasing need for cash payments to be made into your business.  MGMT can produce and send invoices on your behalf with the added service of credit control .  This can run in-line with your business payment terms with client business banking access if required.  To your clients, we are part of your landscape and work within your business as an integral part of your finance function.

Monthly reports to include items specific to your business such as profit and loss or cash flow which, in turn, allow you to make better informed decisions by identifying potential trends.

Management Accounts

In terms of internal reporting on your business performance, nothing can better prepare you than a carefully prescribed set of management accounts.  Drafted to your specific business needs, MGMT Accounting can produce monthly analysis, detailing results against your chosen KPIs, budget and forecast.  We can advise and help you to choose which business trends will help you to make future business decisions based on your chosen analysis and results.

VAT

Produce and submit quarterly VAT returns in line with your accounting period.

We offer a comprehensive varied selection of on-line ways to collate and supply quarterly information to us.  This forms the basis for VAT returns running in line with the relevant accounting period.

There is minimal input from our client in terms of work required.  It’s as simple as 1 2 3.  Provide relevant information to MGMT, collated, verified and validate.  Client verification allows us to file, VAT done.

1. Bank statements provided

Our clients provide electronic copies of their relevant bank statements. They can email them or use our on-line secure Dropbox link.

Draft VAT Return

2. MGMT do the “crunching”, enter clients’ details, fine tune, validate, verify and produce your VAT return. We send to our client to validate and for them to give it the go ahead.

VAT Return Complete & Filed

3. Our clients validate their numbers. MGMT walk through their VAT return then file and submit with HMRC. VAT RETURN DONE.

Statutory Reporting & Filing

MGMT Accounting draft, prepare and verify your Ltd company annual statutory reporting in line with your year end dates.  This incorporates sending your Company Tax Return to HMRC and your statutory accounts to Companies House.  This will include a balance sheet, profit and loss account, notes to the accounts and a director’s report, depending on the size of your business.
